Responsibilities/ Key Result Areas:
• Build, enhance, and maintain our customized AI-based application software to support our business operations. You will use Python and XML/HTML for better performance.
• Integrate AI-driven logic to enhance business functionality.
• Conduct unit-level, integration, and performance testing of the newly built functionality against the user requirement matrix for optimal performance.
• Optimize system scripts and views to enrich system functionality.
• Regularly apply software patches to stay updated with the current software version.
Qualifications/Required Skills:
• A degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of solid work experience in Software Development in a related area.
• Strong expertise as a Python Developer in building enterprise applications.
• Proficient in developing AI-enabled business applications.
• Experience working in an IT operations environment of a mid-sized company.
• Knowledge of MS AutoGen would be a significant plus.
• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
• Proactive and methodical in capturing and documenting business requirements.
